TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: June 28, 2026. Please read this Service Level Agreement carefully before placing design requests. By submitting files to our laboratory, you agree to these mutual operational guidelines.
1. Service Scope & Ordering SLA
DigitizingU converts provided customer logos and design drafts into digital embroidery instruction files (DST, PES, etc.) or vector lines (AI, EPS, SVG). All orders must contain accurate scaling parameters, textile specifications (e.g., flat, cap, jacket back), and underlying fabric categories (e.g., pique knit, structured canvas, mesh polyester) to ensure perfect execution.
2. Turning Times & Expedited Rush Program
Our typical turnaround is 5-24 hours. While we make every attempt to deliver prior to target delivery estimations, times represent standard working windows rather than absolute performance legal limits. If emergency SLA thresholds are missed, please contact us. No legal liability is accepted for delayed delivery.
3. Machine Sew-Out Requirements
CRITICAL CLAUSE: Customers MUST run a physical test stitch-out on sample fabric scraps BEFORE launching commercial mass production on live customer garments. DigitizingU provides free unlimited revisions to adjust files for fabric pull compensation, but we are NOT responsible for damaged or ruined commercial garments or lost production hours.
4. Flat Pricing & Transparent Payment terms
We charge based on our transparent flat-rate tier: $6 for standard Left Chest & Hat designs, $25 for complex Jacket Backs, and $6 for single-layer Vector Tracing. Completed digital products are downloaded following authorized credit card processing or verified account payment clearances.
5. Revision Window & Design Alterations
We offer unlimited free design revisions and stitch corrections for 30 calendar days following the dispatch of your initial order. Free revisions cover size adjustments (up to 20%), minor thread sequence modifications, and minor stitch density tunings. Complete redesign requests require a new order.
6. Content Guidelines & Copyrights
We refuse to process designs displaying explicitly offensive, defamatory, or hateful graphics, or designs that clearly infringe on active trademark/copyright properties. You maintain full liability for any intellectual property disputes arising from designs you submit.
⚠️ Remember: Always Test Sew First!
No matter how perfect our digitized simulations are, different machine setups, needles, thread tensions, and fabric backing stabilizers will affect final embroidery runouts. Never skip a sample sew-out!
